Research topic
I have obtained my master degree in genetics at the Université Paris
Diderot (Paris 7) in the Magistère Européen de Génétique in 2018. I’m
currently doing my thesis on the use of nanopore sequencing to map DNA
replication of eukaryotic genomes, a completely novel approach developed
in our lab during the last few years. I am particularly interested by the
application of this new method for the analysis of factors that have an
influence on the progress of DNA replication at each cycle, and their role
in the triggering of genomic instabilities which underlies hereditary
diseases or cancer.
