My research interests mainly involve regulation of transcription, high-throughput functional genomics and evolution/development. Part of development team of RSAT.
Analysis of functional genomic data (ChIP-seq/ChIp-exo), motif analysis, single-cell genomic approaches.
For the period 2017-2022, I am in "délégation" at Institut Universitaire de France.
